With 14 years in the business, I hope to bring to your doorstep an array of experience and skills which I have acquired over the years. I have been fortunate to have worked in some of London’s top restaurants, bars and clubs, as well as working in vineyards in South America for many years.
I take great pride in what I do and provide an extensive training scheme here at Red Bar & Restaurant to ensure that all members of staff have the product knowledge, required for the high standards I have set. My team and I look forward to welcoming you to Red soon.
